Hello everyone! Preston here. I am an actor and writer living in New York City, where I received my BFA in Acting from Pace University School of Performing Arts.
My artistic practice is rooted in my desire to fill a significant gap in the portrayal of queer stories. As a writer and performer, I am committed to crafting narratives that reflect the authentic experiences of queer individuals, capturing the depth and beauty of our relationships. Growing up, I often felt the absence of such stories, a void that still largely persists today, which is what fuels my drive to create stories that not only resonate with queer audiences but also educate and inspire empathy in those outside the LGBTQIA+ community.
In essence, my practice is an act of reclamation and affirmation. Through my work, I strive to create a world where queer love and relationships are seen, celebrated, and understood. By blending mythology, faith, and personal experience, I aim to craft narratives that honor our past, reflect our present, and envision a more inclusive and compassionate future.
Outside of the entertainment industry, I love to bake, swim, read, find cute hole-in-the-wall cafes, and visit my family back home in Southern California.
